4. Arthur Christmas: Nice Kitties

This clip from Arthur Christmas is suitable for fans of adventure fiction and is also a solid introduction to biomes. In this scene, students get to see the African ecology as Arthur, Grandsanta, and an elf named Bryony escape from man-eating lions and rescue two of their reindeer. Students can also take away the importance of teamwork in overcoming hardships.

5. Mad Men: Prepare to Take a Great Leap Forward

This clip demonstrates a critical leadership strategy: employee incentive. Even though the company is going through some tough times, the partners reward their employees with Christmas bonuses because they appreciate their work. The partners sacrifice their own holiday bonuses in order to make it possible to give their employees their bonuses. Sometimes, an act of gratitude is really all someone needs for Christmas.
